RESOLUTION NO. 95-18
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THE
BITUMINOUS OVERLAY OF PROPOSED 38TH STREET
BETWEEN LAVERNE AND LAKE ELMO AVENUE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 95-7 of the City Council adopted
February 7, 1995, a report has been prepared by TKDA, with reference to the
bituminous overlay of PROPOSED 38TH STREET BETWEEN LAVERNE AND
LAKE ELMO AVENUE, and this report was received by the City Council on
February 21, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 017: THE
(31TY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA:
The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the improvement of
Proposed 38th Street between Laverne and Lake Elmo Avenue, in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated
cost of the improvement of $5,200.
2. A Public Hearing has been ordered on said improvement on the
9th day of March, 1995 at the Lake Elmo Elementary School,
7:00 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of
such hearing improvement as required by law.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 21st day of
February, 1995.
