RESOLUTION NO. 95-9
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF JANE ROAD
FROM LAKE JANE TRAIL TO JAMACA AVENUE
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Jane Road-from Lake Jane Trail to
Jamaca Avenue, by bituminous overlay, and to assess the benefited property for
all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota that:
The proposed improvement be referred to Larry Bohrer/TKDA for preparation
of a feasibility report, and that TKDA is instructed to report to the City Council
with all convenient speed advising the City Council in a preliminary way as to
whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 7th day of
February, 1995.
