CITY OF LAKE ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF
A CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE
BY THE STATE OF MINNESOTA
TO THE LAKE ELMO JAYCEES
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Jaycees have requested that the State of
Minnesota renew its Charitable Gambling License; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Jaycees has; and desires to continue; to sell pull-
tabs and tipboards at a location within an establishment commonly known as the
Twin Points Tavern located at 11199 Stillwater Blvd., Lake Elmo, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Jaycees comply with ail Charitable Gambling
rules and regulations as set forth in Section 1104 of the Lake Elmo Municipal
Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo hereby approves the renewal of the Class B Charitable Gambling
Application requested by the Lake Elmo Jaycees.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 16th day of April, 1996.
