WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 96-12
WHEREAS, the City Council on May 21, 1996 fixed a date for a council
hearing on the proposed improvement of:
CSAH 13 (Inwood Avenue) from CSAH 6 (Stillwater Blvd.) to CSAH 10
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the
hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon the 13th day of June,
1996, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as provided in the Council resolution
adopted March 19, 1996.
2. Larry Bohrer of TKDA is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement in accordance with the plans as presented by the Washington
County Public Works Dept.
ADOPTED by the Council this 18th day of June, 1996.
