RESOLUTION NO. 96-20
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES FOR THE
SEPTEMBER 10, 1996 PRIMARY ELECTION AND THE
NOVEMBER 5,1996 GENERAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, election polling places shall be designated by the City
Council, in accordance with statutory requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City
'Clouncil hereby designates the following polling places for the
September 10, 1996 Primary and November 5, 1996 General Election:
Precinct 1 (South of Highway 5) Lake Elmo Fire Station
3510 Laverne Avenue
Lake Elmo, MN 55042
Precinct 2 (North of Highway 5) Lake Elmo City Hall
3800 Laverne Avenue North.
Lake Elmo, MN 55042
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said polling places shall remag
open between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m. on the respective

Adopted by the City Council of the City of -Lake Elmo.,on August 6,
1996.
