RESOLUTION NO. 96-21
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES
FOR PRIMARY ELECTION OF SEPTEMBER 10, 1996
AND (3ENERAL ELECTION OF NOVEMBER 5, 1996
WHEREAS, according to State Statute, a list of Election Judges must be
submitted to the City Council for approval by Council Resolution;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the attached listing of persons are hereby
appointed as the Election Judges to serve during the Primary Election of
September 10, 1996 and the General Election of November 5, 1996 and set the
wages for their services at $6.00 per hour to the Head Judges and $5.50 per
hour to the other Judges.
ADOPTED, this 6th day of August, 1996,
Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota.
