A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1996
TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 1997
BE IT RESOLVED by the Lake Elmo City Council, County of Washington,
State of Minnesota, that the following sums of money be levied for the current year,
collectible in 1997 upon the taxable property in the City of Lake Elmo, for the
following purposes:

Levy

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to
transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Washington
County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council the 17th day of December, 1996.
