Resolution 96- 43
A Resolution Supporting the Designation of County Road 17B,
from 20th Street to CSAH 10 (10th Street) as a County State Aid Highway
WHEREAS, the Washington County Board did adopt resolutions on August 6,
1996, locating, establishing, designating and numbering the County State Aid Highway
System of Washington County, and
WHEREAS, said resolution locates and establishes certain County State Aid
Highways within the corporate limits of the City of Lake Elmo.
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo requests that the City be part of the design
process if this section of County Road 17 is planned for reconstruction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lake Elmo City Council that
the resolution adopted by the County Board, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part thereof, locating or establishing the County State Aid Highway system within the
City limits is in all things approved.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council the 17th day of December, 1996.
