RESOLUTION NO. 97-3
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR THE 30TH STREET RECONSTRUCTION
FROM LAKE ELMO AVENUE (CSAH 17) TO MANNING AVENUE (CSAH 15)
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 30th Street from Lake Elmo Avenue (CSAH 17) to
Manning Avenue (CSAH 15) and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost
of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. (The Council gave
authorization on September 17, 1996 to order preparation of a feasibility report.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo,
Minnesota that:
The proposed improvement be referred to Tom Prew/TKDA for preparation of a feasibility
report, and that TKDA is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed
advising the City Council in a preliminary way as to whether it should be best made as proposed
or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended.
ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 4th day of February, 1997.
