A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR THE 30'liH STREET RECONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 97 -3 of the City Council adopted February 4, 1997, a
report has been prepared by TKDA with reference to the reconstruction of 30TH STREET FROM
LAKE ELMO AVENUE (CSAH 17) TO MANNING AVENUE (CSAH 15), and this report was
received by the City Council on February 4, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITE` COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELMO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the improvement of 30th Street Reconstruction
from Lake Elmo Avenue (CSAH 17) to Manning Avenue (CSAH 15), in accordance with the
report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of the improvement of
$526,000.
2. A Public Hearing has been ordered on said improvement on the 4th of March, 1997 at
Lake Elmo City Hall, 7:00 p.m., and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing improvement as required by law.
ADOPTED, by the City Council of Lake Elmo this 4th slay of February, 1997.
