WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council initiated o0 amendment bxthe Future Land Use Map
of the 1990 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan of the following described property from Open
Space Development Area k]Fqh) Rural Agricultural (RAD.
That part of the East One-Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 29, Range
21, Washington County, Minnesota being further described as follows:
Commencing at the East Quarter corner of said Section 27; thence South 0 degrees 42 minutes
48 seconds East (basis of bearings is the Washington County Coordinate System, South Zone)
along the East line uf said Section 27a distance uf1318.ODfeet; thence South 8D degrees 11
minutes 43 seconds West S3.U0 feet tmthe point of beginning; thence South O degrees 42
minutes 48 seconds East parallel with said East Line 5S0.00 feet; thence South 8S degrees 11
minutes 49 seconds West 660.00 feet; thence South 0 degrees 42 minutes 48 seconds East

WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission held a public hearing Vnsaid
Comprehensive Plan Amendment OD February 24.1Q97;and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council received a recommendation from the Planning
Commission supporting this amendment on March 4. 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Future Land Use Map of the 1990 Lake
Elmo Comprehensive Plan ky hereby amended todesignate the above described property as
Rural Agricultural subject 0o the following condition:
