A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON S.A.P. 206-208-01
(30TH Street North) from C.S.A.H. 17 (Lake Elmo Avenue) to C.S.A.H. 15 (Manning Avenue)
in the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota
THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 18th day of March, 1997, by the City of Lake Elmo in
Washington County, Minnesota. The Municipal Corporation shall hereinafter be called the 11 Cfty 11 ,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of M.S.A.S. 108 (30th Street North) from
C.S.A.H. 17 (Lake Elmo Avenue) to C.S.A.H. 15 (Manning Avenue).
WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal State-Aid Funds on the improvement of
this street, and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on either side of
the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State-Aid Street project
must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor
vehicles on 30th Street North at ail times.
ADOPTED by the City Council on the 18th day of March, 1997.
