A Resolution Setting Fees For Zoning Applications
Pursuant to Chapter 3, Section 300
Of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted the 1997 Lake Elmo Municipal Code at its
February 18, 1997, meeting; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 3, Section 300 empowers the Council to set the fees for various zoning
applications by a resolution approved by a majority of the Council.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby adopts the following fees for
Chapter 3, Section 300 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code:
1. Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Rezonings or
Text Amendment $ 300.00
Escrow $1500.00
2. Conditional Use Permit (New) $ 150.00
Escrow $1500.00
Conditional Use Permit (Amendment to Existing) $ 100.00
Escrow $ 500.00
3. Variance $ 150.00
Escrow $ 100.00
4. Appeal to Board of Adjustment and Appeals $ 25.00
Escrow $ 25.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Council will review Zoning Application Fees during its review
and preparation of the yearly budger.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 3d day of June 1997.
