A Resolution Setting Fees For
Platting, Subdivisions, Park Dedication Fee for Minor
Subdivisions and Planned Unit Developments
Pursuant to Chapter 4, Section 400
Of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted the 1997 Lake Elmo Municipal Code at its
February 18, 1997, meeting; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 4, Section 4 empowers the Council to set the fees for Platting, Subdivisions,
Park Dedication Fees for Minor Subdivisions by a resolution approved by a majority of the Council.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby adopts the following fees:
1. Minor Subdivision $ 150.00
Escrow $ 150.00
Park Dedication for each newly created lot $ 750.00
2. Platting
1 — 10 Lots
$ 750.00
Escrow
$1125.00
11 — 20 Lots
$1500.00
Escrow
$2250.00
21 Lots or More
$3000.00
Escrow
$4500.00
Park Dedication
See Section 400.15
3. Planned Unit Development See Platting
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Council will review .Platting, Subdivisions, Park
Dedication fees for Minor Subdivisions and Planned Unit Development fees in its review and preparation
of the yearly budget.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 3rd day of June 1997,
