A Resolution Setting Fees For Swimming Pools
Pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 525
Of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted the 1997 Lake Elmo Municipal Code at its
February 18, 1997, meeting; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Section 525 empowers the Council to set the fees for Swimming .Pools by
a resolution approved by a majority of the Council.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby adopts the following fees for
Chapter 5, Section 525 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code:
1. Swimming Pools:
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 3`d day of June 1997.
