A Resolution Setting Fees For Tennis Courts
Pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 530
Of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted the 1997 Lake Elmo Municipal Code at its
February 18, 1997, meeting; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Section 530 empowers the Council to set the fees for Tennis Courts by a
resolution approved by a majority of the Council.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby adopts the following fees for
Chapter 5, Section 530 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code:
1. Tennis Courts':
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 3`d day of .Tune 1997.
