A Resolution Setting Fees For Signs
Pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 535
Of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted the 1997 Lake Elmo Municipal Code at its
February 18, 1997, meeting; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Section 535 empowers the Council to set the fees for Signs by a resolution
approved by a majority of the Council.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby adopts the following fees for
Chapter 5, Section 535 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code:
1. Signs (Not requiring a Conditional Use Permit'): S 75.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Council will review Sign Permit Fees in it review and
preparation of the yearly budger.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 3rd day of June 1997.
