A Resolution Setting Fees For
Alcoholic Beverage Licenses Pursuant to Chapter 12, Section 1200
Of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted the 1997 Lake Elmo Municipal Code at its
February 18, 1997, meeting; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 12, Section 1200.05 empowers the Council to set the fees for Alcoholic
Beverage Licenses by a resolution approved by a majority of the Council.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby adopts the following Alcoholic
Beverage Licenses fees:
1. Club On Sale Intoxicating: $100 per year
2. Off Sale Intoxicating: $200 per year
3. Off Sale Non - Intoxicating Malt Liquor: $150 per year
4. On Sale Intoxicating: $1500 per year
5. On Sale Investigation: $3501
6. On Sale Non - Intoxicating Malt Liquor $ I00 per year
7. On Sale Sunday Intoxicating $200 per year
8. Temporary Non - Intoxicating Malt Liquor $25 per eventz
9. Wine License $300 per year
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Council will review Alcoholic Beverage License Fees
in its review and preparation of the yearly budget.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 3rd day of June 1997.
