REA SOLUTION NO. 97-33
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MODIFIED FINAL PLAT
OF FIELDS OF ST. CROIX
WHEREAS, the Lake Ehno Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat of "FIELDS OF
ST. CROIX" at its February 10, 1997 meeting and recommended on a 4 -3 vote its approval, and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed a modified preliminary plat of
"FIELDS OF ST. CROIX" at its May 12, 1997, meeting and recommended on a 4 -3 vote its approval; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered and approved the preliminary plat and plan
of FIELDS OF ST. CROIX on February 18, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered the fmal plat of the "FIELDS OF ST.
CROIX" at its May 20, 1997, meeting, upon determining its consistency with the preliminary plat approved
on February 18, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council postponed action on the preliminary plat and final plat
of the modification until its June 3, 1997, meeting so that all council members could be present; and
WHEREAS, the modified final plat of FIELDS OF ST. CROIX presented to the City Council
conforms to the City's Open Space Development Area Ordinance as noted in Resolution 97 -23 adopted by
the City Council on May 20, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does hereby approve
and accept the modified final plat of FIELDS OF ST. CROIX conditioned upon applicant meeting all
conditions noted in Resolution 97 -23 adopted by the City Council on May 20, 1997.
