RESOLUTION NO. 97- 34
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A MINOR SUBDIVISION TO FLORENCE KLEIS
WHEREAS, Florence Kieis has made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a minor
subdivision pursuant to Section 400.10 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following
described parcel of land; to wit:
PT of NE1/4-SW1/4 & PT of NW1/4-SW1/4 Section 3, Township 29, Range 21,
being a strip of land 4 rods wide run W from NE Cor of NW1/4-SW1/4 along N
line of SD Tract Dist 10 rods exe N 4 rods of W 1 rod of E 10 rods of NW114-SWI/4
of Section 3 exc part platted as Fox Fire Estates and commonly known as
9241 60th Street N.
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this minor subdivision
request at its June 9, 1997 meeting and recommended, unanimously, that a minor subdivision be
granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a minor subdivision is hereby granted to
Florence Kleis resulting in the following described parcels.
PARCEL A
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 29 North,
Range 21 West, Washingt' ton County, Minnesota lying southerly of the North 66.00 feet thereof,
lying easterly and northeasterly of the northeasterly fine of Block 2 of FOX FIRE ESTATES,
according to the plat on file in the office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota;
and lying northwesterly of the northwesterly line of 55th Street North as dedicated on said plat of
FOX FIRE ESTATES, containing 1.57 acres, more or less.
Subject to a temporary road easement as described in Document No. 383450, of record and on
file in said off-ice of the County Recorder,

(Residue of Tax Parcel)
That part of the North 66,00 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3,
Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota lying westerly of the
northwesterly line of 55th Street North as dedicated on the plat of FOX FIRE ESTATES,
according to the plat on file in the office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota.
Also, the North 66.00 feet (4 rods) of the East 148.50 feet (9 rods) of the Northwest Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of said Section 3.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said minor subdivision is granted based on the
following condition:
1. Florence Kleis shall be required to consolidate Parcel B (tax residue parcel) with the
existing Kleis farmland.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 17th ji of June, 19 s.
