A Resolution Declaring Adequacy of Petition and Ordering Preparation of Report
For the Petitioned Improvement of Janero Avenue,
from 31St Street on the worth, and to the end of Street on the South
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF Lake Elmo, Minnesota:
I. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Janero Avenue, from 3 1St Street on
the North, and to the dead end on the South, filed with the Council on June 25, 1997,
is declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected
thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section
429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Tom Prew, the City' Consulting Engineer, and that
person is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the
Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary,
cost - effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 1St day of July 1997.
