BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of Lake Elmo:
1. The Community Water Supply Plan, adopted by the City in December 1996, sets
forth the guidelines by which a sprinkling ban will be imposed by the City.
2. The Daily Water Use within the City has reached a level by the Community Water
Supply Plan dictates a sprinkling ban.
3. All property owners with an even - numbered address shall sprinkle only on even -
numbered days.
4. All property owners with an odd- numbered address shall sprinkle only on odd -
numbered days.
5. This sprinkling ban will become effective upon the adoption of this resolution and
shall continue through September 1, 1997, unless extended by the City Council.
6. All property owners served by Municipal Water shall be notified on this sprinkling
ban.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 1St" day - f July 1997. .
