Home My WebLink AboutResolution 97-41City of Lace Elmo Washington County, Minnesota Resolution 97-41 A Resolution Setting Water Access Charges WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted the 1997 Lake Elmo Municipal Code at its February 18, 1997, meeting; and WHEREAS, Chapter 6, Section 600.03 empowers the Council to set the fees for Water Access Charges by a resolution approved by a majority of the Council. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby adopts the following Water Access Charges: Water Access Charge: $800.00 per unit BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Council will review Water Access Charges in its review and preparation of the yearly budget.
