RESOLUTION 97 -45
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON
SAP 82- 613 -08 FROM TRUNK HIGHWAY 5 TO 113 MILE NORTH IN THE
CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA
THIS RESOLUTION passed this 5h day of August 1997, by the City of Lake Elmo in
Washington County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, Washington County has planned the improvement of County State Aid Highway
13 (Ideal Avenue) from Trunk Highway 5 to 113 â–ºWile north in the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota;
and
WHEREAS, Washington County will be expending County State Aid Highway Funds on the
improvement of this Highway; and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of
the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a County State Aid Highway Project must
therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS THEREBY RESOLVED:
That the City of Lake Elmo shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on CSAH 13 at all times
from Trunk Highway 5 to 1/3 mile north in the city of Lake Elmo.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council the 5`s day of August 199 .
