Resolution 97- 52
A Resolution Receiving Report and Call Hearing on improvement
of Janero Avenue
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted July 1, 1997, a report has been
prepared by TKDA with reference to the improvement of Janero Avenue from 31" Street South,
and this report was received by the Council on October 21, 1997; . and
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is
necessary, cost-effective, and feasible,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL:
1. The council will consider the improvement of Janero Avenue, from 31 St Street South,
in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429
at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $45,558.00
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 181h day of
November 1997, in the Lake Elmo Council Chambers at 7:30 P.M. and the clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by
law.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 215` day, of October, 1.997.
