CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 97-63 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION (AMENDED LEGAL DESCRIPTION) <br />OF LOWELL REED <br />WHEREAS, Marlene Andreason, Personal Representative for the estate of Lowell Reed has made <br />application to the City of Lake Elmo for a Resolution amending the legal description of the Lowell Reed <br />property; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is commonly known as 9043 28`h Street North, and is legally described <br />as follows: <br />The South One Hundred (100) feet of the North One Hundred Thirty-three (133) <br />feet of that part of the West Three Hundred Forty -five (345) feet lying East of the road now <br />situated on said premises of the -North One-half of the North One-half (N 1/2 of N 1/2) of the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW 1/4 of N-IYV 1/4), Section Twenty-two (22), <br />Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty -one (21), <br />BED <br />The West Four Hundred Five (405) feet of the North One-half of the North One-half <br />(N 1/2 of N 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW L/4 of NW 1/4) of <br />Section Twenty-two (22), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-one (21), except the <br />North Thirty-three (33) feet thereof reserved for a road and except the North One <br />Hundred <br />(100) feet of the South One Hundred Forty-seven (147) feet of the West Three Hundred <br />Sixty-five (365) feet lying east of the road now on said premises, the center line of which <br />road is One Hundred Thirty (13 )0) feet east of the center of the west line of said tract to the <br />North and South Section line between Section 21 and 22,'in the North One-half of the <br />North One-half (IN L/2 of N 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW 1/4 <br />of NW 1/4) of Section 22, Township 29, Range 21, previously conveyed to George E. <br />Bahneman and Mary A. Bahneman by Deed recorded in Book 134 of Deeds, page 551. and <br />Except the South 100 feet of the North 133 feet of that part of the West 345 feet lvin- East <br />of the road, now situated on said premises, of the North One-half of the North One-half <br />(N 1/2 of N L/2) of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW U4 of NW 1/4) of <br />Section 22, Township 29, Range 21, previously deeded to Lowell L. Reed and Alice 1+1. Reed <br />and except all road rights heretofore granted and now existing on said property (acquired <br />by instrument of conveyance dated November 7, 1952 and filed for record July 27, 1954 in <br />the Office of the Register of Deeds for Washington County, linnesota, <br />in Book 190 of <br />Deeds, page 1312.) <br />Z.^) <br />
