RESOLUTION NO. 97-65 <br />CITE' OF LAKE EL MO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A <br />CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE <br />V THE STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO THE SCHOOL CAE THE TRANSFIGURATION <br />WHEREAS, the School of the Transfiguration, 935 Ferndale St. N., Maplewood, MN, has requested <br />that the State of Minnesota issue a One -Day (February 9, 1998) Off -Site Gambling License; and <br />WHEREAS, the School of the Transfiguration has requested to sell raffles at a location within an <br />establishment commonly known as the Lake Elmo Imi, located at 3442 Lake Elmo Avenue N., Lake Elmo, <br />Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the School of the Transfiguration comply with all Charitable Gambling rules and <br />regulations as set forth in Section 1104 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Lake Elmo hereby approves the <br />issuance of a charitable gambling application requested by the School of the Transfiguration. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 2 °a day of December, 1997. <br />WyVJ ohn, -Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />t <br />Mary ueifn City Adrl for <br />
