A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A
CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE
V THE STATE OF MINNESOTA
TO THE SCHOOL CAE THE TRANSFIGURATION
WHEREAS, the School of the Transfiguration, 935 Ferndale St. N., Maplewood, MN, has requested
that the State of Minnesota issue a One -Day (February 9, 1998) Off -Site Gambling License; and
WHEREAS, the School of the Transfiguration has requested to sell raffles at a location within an
establishment commonly known as the Lake Elmo Imi, located at 3442 Lake Elmo Avenue N., Lake Elmo,
Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the School of the Transfiguration comply with all Charitable Gambling rules and
regulations as set forth in Section 1104 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Lake Elmo hereby approves the
issuance of a charitable gambling application requested by the School of the Transfiguration.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 2 °a day of December, 1997.
