DE IT RESOLVED by the Lake Elmo City Council, County of Washington, State of Minnesota,
that the following sums of money be levied for the current year, collectable in 1998 upon taxable property
in the City of Lake Elmo, for the following purposes:
General Fund $1,188,186.00
Levy $1,188,186.00
BE IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified
copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Washington County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 81h day of December, 1997.
