CITY OF LAKE ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A
CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE
BY THE STATE OF MINNESOTA
TO THE NORTH SUBURBAN AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
WHEREAS, the North Suburban Area Chamber of Commerce has requested that the State of Minnesota
issue a One -Day (June 22, 1998) Off Site Gambling License; and
WHEREAS, the North Suburban Area Chamber of Commerce has requested to sell raffles at a location
within an establishment commonly known as the 3M Club of St. Paul, Inc. (Tartan Park), located at 11455
20`h St. N., Lake Elmo, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the North Suburban Area Chamber of Commerce comply with all Charitable Gambling
rules and regulations as set forth in Section 1100.04 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Lake Elmo hereby approves the
issuance of a charitable gambling application requested by the North Suburban Area Chamber of
Commerce.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 17th day of February, 1998.
