RESOLUTION 98-14
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the P day of February,
1998 fixed a date for Council hearing on the proposed improvement of
30" STREET FROM LAKE ELMO AVENUE (CSAH 17)
TO MANNING AVENUE (CSAH 15)
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the
hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon the 17'' day of February and the 2"a
day of March, 1998, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA.
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted March 2, 1998.
2. Tom Prew of TKDA is hereby designated as the engineer for the
improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such Improvement.
ADOPTED by the Council this 2"d day of March, 1998.
