A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR THE OVERLAY OF STILLWATER LANE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 97 -61 of the City Council adopted November 4, 1997, a report has
been prepared. by TKDA with reference to the overlay of StiIIwater Lane, and this report was received by
the City Council on April 7, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELMO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the improvement of Stillwater .Lane in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an. estimated cost of the
improvement of $ 30 "Tt " 80 .
2. A Public Hearing has been ordered on said improvement on the 5b day of .May, 1998, at Lake
Elmo City Hall, 7:00 p.m., and the clerk shall give mailed and. published notice of such
hearing improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 7th day of April 1998.
