A Resolution Approving the Placement of An Accessory Structure in Front
Of the Primary Structure at 8241 Lake Jane Trail
Whereas, pursuant to Section 303.13 Subd. 3 1. of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code, the property
owner has obtained written permission from adjacent property owners for placement of a
accessory building in front of the primary structure at 8241 Lake Jane Trail.
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby grants permission for
construction of the proposed accessory building in front of the primary structure at 8241 Lake Jane Trail.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 21" day of April 1998.
