RESOLUTION NO. 98- 33
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS FOR PROJECT NO. SAP 82- 614-09 8z SAP 82- 615-15
WHEREAS, plans for Project No. SAP 82- 614 -09 & SAP 82- 615 -15 showing proposed
construction for the improvement of County State -Aid Highway No. 14 and County State -Aid Highway
No. I5 within the limits of the City as a State -Aid Project have been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said plans be in all things approved.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 19`h day of May, 1998.
