RESOLUTION 98-40
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 98 -28 ADOPTED BY THE
LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL ON MAY 5, 1998
WHEREAS, the Lake Ehno City Council adopted Resolution 98 -28 on May 5, 1998, ordering the
improvement, preparation of plans and approving plans and specifications and ordering advertisement for
bids for the 1998 Overlay Project; and
WHEREAS, at it's July 2, 1998, meeting, the Council took action to postpone the overlay of Hill
Trail N until a such time as the water concerns in that area have been addressed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 98 -28 is hereby amended by removing
HiI1 Trail North from the 1998 Overlay Project.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 21" day of July 1998.
