CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTON NO. 98-44 <br />a <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT <br />OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE <br />BETWEEN HILL TRAIL N. AND THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 303.13 Subd 3 J. of the Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code, Bill Regan and Linda Hanke have requested permission from the City of Lake <br />Elmo to construct a 12' x 20' garage at 8108 Hill Trail N. to be located between the <br />public road (Hill Trail N.) and the principal structure. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />hereby grants permission for construction of the proposed garage between Hill Trail N. <br />and the principal structure at 8108 Hill Trail N. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 4th day of August, 1998. <br />J s >-Jarn Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
