A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT
OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE
BETWEEN HILL TRAIL N. AND THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 303.13 Subd 3 J. of the Lake Elmo Municipal
Code, Bill Regan and Linda Hanke have requested permission from the City of Lake
Elmo to construct a 12' x 20' garage at 8108 Hill Trail N. to be located between the
public road (Hill Trail N.) and the principal structure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council
hereby grants permission for construction of the proposed garage between Hill Trail N.
and the principal structure at 8108 Hill Trail N.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 4th day of August, 1998.
