CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 98-46 <br />11 X-mmA "a pull #U930M."11921 1j1A11V <br />WHEREAS, election polling paces shall be designated by the City Council, in <br />accordance with statutory requirements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />hereby designates the following polling places for the September 15, 1998 Primary and <br />the November 3, 1998 General Election: <br />PRECINCT I (South of Highway 5) <br />PRECINCT 2 (North of Highway 5) <br />PRECINCT 3 (Annexed area from Baytown <br />Township—includes Manning, <br />55t", 50th & Highway 5) <br />Lake Elmo Fire Station <br />3510 Laverne Avenue N. <br />Lake Elmo, MN 55042 <br />Lake Elmo City Hall <br />3800 Laverne Avenue N. <br />Lake Elmo, MN 55042 <br />Lake Elmo City Hall <br />3800 Laverne Avenue N. <br />Lake Elmo, MN 55042 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said polling places should remain open <br />between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the respective election dates. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council on August 18, 1998. <br />Wyn John, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mar Kul er, City i -' I <br />ni t rator <br />
