WHEREAS, election polling paces shall be designated by the City Council, in
accordance with statutory requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council
hereby designates the following polling places for the September 15, 1998 Primary and
the November 3, 1998 General Election:
PRECINCT I (South of Highway 5)
PRECINCT 2 (North of Highway 5)
PRECINCT 3 (Annexed area from Baytown
Township—includes Manning,
55t", 50th & Highway 5)
Lake Elmo Fire Station
3510 Laverne Avenue N.
Lake Elmo, MN 55042
Lake Elmo City Hall
3800 Laverne Avenue N.
Lake Elmo, MN 55042
Lake Elmo City Hall
3800 Laverne Avenue N.
Lake Elmo, MN 55042
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said polling places should remain open
between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the respective election dates.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council on August 18, 1998.
