WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 98 -48
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONCEPT PLAN
FOR ZINTL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, The Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the concept plan of the
Zintl property at its June 8, 1998 meeting and made NO recommendation to the City Council,
and,
WHEREAS, the concept plan of the Zintl property presented to the City Council
conforms to the City's Open Space Development Area Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does
hereby approve and accept the Concept Plan of the Zind property as the same as on file with the
City Administrator based upon the following findings:
The Concept Plan is consistent with the goals, objectives and policies of the
Comprehensive Plan.
The Concept Plan is consistent with the purpose of the Open Space Preservation District.
The Concept Plan complies with the development standards.
The Concept Plan preserves the required open space.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the following items shall be
submitted prior to the development stage plan:
1. Reconfiguring of the southern portion of the road into a cul -de -sac with continuing
dedication of right -of -way to the south property line.
2. Landscape areas where there are currently no trees,
3. Determination of land dedication or money in -lieu, thereof, at the time of Preliminary
Plat review,
4. Reconfiguring the straightaway portion of the road.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this I8th day of August, 1998.
