WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 303.13, Subd. 3 1, of the Lake Elmo Municipal
Code, the property owner has obtained written permission from adjacent property owners
for placement of an accessory building in front of the primary structure at 8600
DeMontreville Trail N.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVLED that the Lake Elmo City Council
hereby grants permission for construction of the proposed accessory building in front of
the primary structure at 8600 DeMontreville Trail N.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 1St day of September, 1998.
