Resolution No. 98-61
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF AN
ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IN FRONT OF THE PRIMARY
STRUCTURE AT 8151 HILL TRAIL NORTH
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 303.13, Subd. 3 1 of the Lake Elmo
Municipal Code, the property owner has obtained written permission from
adjacent property owners for placement of an accessory building in front of the
primary structure at 8151 Hill Trail North.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City
Council hereby grants permission for construction of the proposed accessory
building in front of the primary structure at 8151 Hill Trail North.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 20th day of October, 1998.
