BE, IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council declares Rosemary E. Armstrong and Steve DeLapp elected as Council members for 4 -Year terms, and Chuck Siedow for a 2- year term, by a majority of the registered voters of he City of Lake Elmo.
