�TC) . <br />RESOLUTION q 98-64 <br />City of Lake Elmo <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has obtained the Commissioner's approval of <br />the plans for the following Municipal State Aid Project: <br />S.A.P. 206-108-01 <br />Located from CSAH 17 to CSAH 15 <br />Consisting of Base, Curb and gutter, Bituminous Surface, Storm Sewer <br />AND, WHEREAS, said City is prepared to proceed with the construction <br />of this project by providing local funds to supplement the available funds in its <br />Municipal State-Aid Account. <br />WHEREAS, repayment of the funds so advanced by the municipality is <br />desired in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 162.08, <br />Subdivision 6. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of <br />Transportation be and is hereby requested to approve this basis financing said <br />construction project and to authorize repayments from the subsequent accruals <br />to the Construction Account of Municipal State-Aid Street fund for said City within <br />the limitations provided by law at the times and in the amounts as herein <br />indicated. <br />On or after February 1, 1999 <br />On or after February 1, 2000 <br />On or after February 1, 2001 <br />$149,885.25 from 1999 Allotment <br />$150,000.00 from 2000 Allotment <br />$ 40,850.00 from 2001 Allotment <br />1, Mary Kueffner, duly appointed and qualified City Administrator in and for the <br />City of Lake Elmo, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the above is a true <br />and full copy of a resolution duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota, assembled in regular session on the 2nd of <br />November, 1998. <br />City Adj tiinlstraT�r'//',.' <br />Submit: <br />2 Copies - S.A.
