RESOLUTION q 98-64
City of Lake Elmo
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has obtained the Commissioner's approval of
the plans for the following Municipal State Aid Project:
S.A.P. 206-108-01
Located from CSAH 17 to CSAH 15
Consisting of Base, Curb and gutter, Bituminous Surface, Storm Sewer
AND, WHEREAS, said City is prepared to proceed with the construction
of this project by providing local funds to supplement the available funds in its
Municipal State-Aid Account.
WHEREAS, repayment of the funds so advanced by the municipality is
desired in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 162.08,
Subdivision 6.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of
Transportation be and is hereby requested to approve this basis financing said
construction project and to authorize repayments from the subsequent accruals
to the Construction Account of Municipal State-Aid Street fund for said City within
the limitations provided by law at the times and in the amounts as herein
indicated.

On or after February 1, 2000
On or after February 1, 2001
$149,885.25 from 1999 Allotment
$150,000.00 from 2000 Allotment
$ 40,850.00 from 2001 Allotment
1, Mary Kueffner, duly appointed and qualified City Administrator in and for the
City of Lake Elmo, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the above is a true
and full copy of a resolution duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake
Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota, assembled in regular session on the 2nd of
November, 1998.
