CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 98-65 <br />ANNEXED A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF TH <br />1990 LAKE ELMO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN RELATING TO AREA <br />BY THE <br />1998, i; TA MUNICIPAL BOARD ORDER <br />1. -r <br />WHEREAS, The Lake Elm Planning Commission held a public hearing on <br />October 14, 1998, to consider a City - initiated request to amend the 1990 Lake Elmo <br />Comprehensive Plan to establish and define Land Use Plan classification for the area <br />annexed;and <br />WHEREAS, at its October 14, 1998 meeting, the Planning Commission, on a <br />majority vote, recommended that the City Council adopt the Land Use Plan <br />classifications set forth in Attachment A; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 1990 Lake Elmo <br />Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended, as recommended by the Planning Commission <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1.
