RESOLUTION NO. 98-68
A RESOLUTION AMENDING TIME FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE
1990 LADE ELM.O COMPREHENSI`V'E PLAN RELATING TO
AREAS CLASSIFIED OP (Open Space Development)
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission held a public hearing on November 23, 1998,
to consider a City - initiated request to amend the Land Use Plan classifications for areas classified OP
(Open Space Development); and
WHEREAS, at its November 23, 1998 meeting, the Planning Commission, on a majority vote,
recommended that the City Council adopt the Land Use Plan classifications set forth in Attachment A; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 1990 Lake Ehno Comprehensive Plan is
hereby amended, as recommended by the Planning Commission subject to the following conditions:
1. Favorable Review by the Metropolitan Council
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this ist day of December, 1998.
