HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 99-53CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 99-53 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A MINOR SUBDIVISION TO PAUL DEWITT (The Homestead OP) WHEREAS, Paul DeWitt has made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a minor subdivision pursuant to Section 400.07 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described parcel of land; to wit: LOT 12, BLOCK 1; LOT 13, BLOCK 1; LOT 14, BLOCK 1 WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this minor subdivision request at its August 23, 1999 meeting and recommended that the minor subdivision be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a minor subdivision is hereby granted by the City Council to Paul DeWitt, resulting in the following described parcels: PARCEL A: Lot 14, Block 1, The Homestead, Washington County, Minnesota, and that part of Lot 13, said Block 1, lying west of the following described line: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 13, thence North 89 degrees, 57 minutes, 48 seconds East, assumed bearing along the south line thereof 110.57 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence on a bearing o f North 171.72 feet to the north line of said Lot 13, and said line there terminating. Subject to easements. PARCEL B: Lot 12, Block 1, The Homestead, Washington County, Minnesota and that part of Lot 13, said Block 1, lying east of the following described line: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 13, thence North 89 degrees, 57 minutes, 48 seconds East, assumed bearing along the south line thereof 110.57 feet to the point of be of the line to be described; thence on a bearing of North 171.72 feet to the north line of said Lot 13 and said line there terminating. Subject to easements. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this minor subdivision is granted subject to the following conditions: 1. Vacation of the existing platted drainage and utility easements along the property lines between Lots 13/14 and Lots 12/13. 2. Preparation by the applicant, and approval by the City Attorney /City Engineer; of written drainage and utility easements along the property line between Parcel A and Parcel B.
