A RESOLUTION GRANTING A MINOR SUBDIVISION TO
GEORGE KRUEGER
WHEREAS, George Krueger has made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a minor
subdivision pursuant to Section 400.07 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described parcel
of land; to wit:
And
PARCEL A: (George Krueger Parcel, 11491 N. 50"' Street)
The North 1591.22 feet of the East Half of the East Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 12, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota. Containing
12.00 acres, more or less, subject to the right -of -way of 50'h Street North along the northerly line
thereof. Subject to and together with any other valid easements, reservations or restrictions.
PARCEL B: (Reid Gilbertson Parcel, 11421 N. 50`h Street)
All that part of the East Half of the East Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter lying
southerly of the North 1591.22 feet thereof; The West Half of the East Half of the East Half of the
Northwest Quarter; and the South Half of the West Half of the East.Half.of the Northwest Quarter,
all in Section 12, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota.
Containing 47.71 acres, more or less, subject to the right -of -way of 50'h Street North along the
northerly line of said West Half of the East Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter.
Subject to and together with any other valid easements, reservations or restrictions.
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this minor subdivision request at
its September 13, 1999 meeting and recommended that the minor subdivision be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a minor subdivision is hereby granted by the
City Council to George Krueger, resulting in the following described parcels:
PARCEL A: (Proposed George Krueger Parcel)
All that part of the East Half of the East Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12,
Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota lying northerly of the following
described line, to wit:
Commencing at the northeasterly corner of said Northwest Quarter of Section 12, thence South 01 degree
04 minutes 04 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the easterly line thereof, 1348.03 feet to the point of
beginning of the line being described; thence South 88 degrees 14 minutes 05 seconds West, along the line
being described, 213.74 feet; thence North 52 degrees 1 i minutes 04 seconds West, along the line being
described, 147.60 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of said East Half of the East Half of the East Half
of the Northwest Quarter and said line being described there terminate. Parcel contains 10.04 acres, more
or less, Subject to the right -of -way of North 50th Street along the northerly line thereof. Subject to and
together with any other valid easement, reservations or restrictions.
And
PARCEL B: (Proposed Reid Gilbertson Parcel)
All that part of the East Half of the East Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter, lying southerly of
the following described line, to wit:
Commencing at the northeasterly corner of said Northwest Quarter, thence South 01 degree 04 minutes 04
seconds East, assumed bearing, along the easterly line thereof, 1348.03 feet to the point of beginning of the
line being described; thence South 88 degrees 14 minutes 05 seconds West, along the line being described,
213.74 feet; thence North 52 degrees 11 minutes 04 seconds West, along the line being described, 147.60
feet, more or less, to the westerly line of said East Half of the East Half of the East Half of the Northwest
Quarter and said line being described there terminate; All of the West Half of the East Half of the East
Half of the Northwest Quarter; All of the South half of the West Half of the East Half of the Northwest
Quarter, All of the above described parcels being located in Section 12, Township 29 North, Range 21
West, Washington County, Minnesota. Parcel contains 49.67 acres, more or less. Subject to the right -of-
way of North 50 Street along the most northerly line thereof. Subject to and together with any other valid
easements, reservations or restrictions.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this minor subdivision is granted subject to the following
conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's recommendations.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 21" day of September, 1999.
