CITY OF LAKE ELMO Washington County, Minnesota Resolution No. 99-56 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A MINOR SUBDIVISION TO William and Teresa Boylan WHEREAS, William and Teresa Boylan, 10711 50`h Street N., has made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a minor subdivision pursuant to Section 400.07 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described parcels of land; to wit: PARCEL A: The North 54.00 feet of the West '/2 of Southwest 'A of Northeast '/a and the West '/z of Northwest I/4 of Northeast 1/4 of Section 11, Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, except that part of the North 200.00 feet of said West %Z of Northwest 1/4 of Northeast %4, lying Northerly, Northwesterly and Westerly of the Center line of traveled road 50'h Street and Kimbro Avenue North. According to the United States Government Survey thereof. And PARCEL B: The North 54.00 feet of the East '' /x of Southwest' /4 of Northeast' /4 and East %Z of Northwest' /4 of Northeast' /4 of Section 11, Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, except that part lying northerly of center line of traveled road 501h Street. According to the United States Government Survey thereof. WHEREAS, the Lake Eh-no Planning Commission considered this minor subdivision request at its September 13, 1999 meeting and recommended that the minor subdivision be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a minor subdivision is hereby granted by the City Council to William and Teresa Boylan, resulting in the following described parcels: PARCEL A: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the north 54.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 29 North, Range 2I West, City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota that lies southerly and westerly of the following described line: Commencing at the southwest corner of said north 54.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, thence North 89 degrees 53 minutes 19 seconds East, assumed bearing along the south line of said north 54.00 feet, a distance of 770.15 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North 24 degrees 32 minutes 42 seconds West, a distance of 667.15 feet; thence North 67 degrees 39 minutes 25 seconds West, a distance of 538.67 feet to the west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, and said described line there terminating. This parcel contains 10.01 acres, more or less, and is subject to the right -of -way of Kimbro Avenue North, and other valid easements and restrictions of record, if any.
